The Lost and Lonely Girl

sex, drugs, and alcohol was all she thought she ever needed. vodka, whiskey, beer, pot, meth, and coke, was all she thought that could keep her in good cheer. her eyes glazed over as she stares out her bedroom window. feeling no pain as the needle pricks her skin and with it the rush of drugs giving her the high she needs. with no feelings of remorse or sorrow as she watches the blood drip from the ragged, jagged cuts on her wrists. she takes one last breath and slowly closes her eyes saying silently to herself that the world is one less of a lost lonely girl.
