The Life I Make
THE LIFE I MAKE
Life is bright, I make it brighter
than the sparkling lone crystal star
to glitter in ecstasy in my astral space.
Life is slow, I make it slower
than the sea-mouth sluggish river
to reach destination with innate fluid grace.
Life is quiet, I make it quieter
than the leaf-cradled drop of water
to listen to the soul in silence for solace.
