The Holy Spirit
Brings hope to me
And fills me with a sense of peace
He shines His light of love in me
A light that comes from above
The Holy Spirit
Brings joy to me
And fills me with a sense of awe
He leaves me sure that I can be
The woman God intended
The Holy Spirit
Brings contentment to me
And assurance that He is alive
He breathes wonder into me
Through faith in His bond
The Holy Spirit
Brings conviction to me
And belief in His kindness
He whispers sincere promises to me
Guiding me through it all
The Holy Spirit
Brings inspiration to me
Inspires me to give all I have
To bless someone who is in need
Someone who needs a true friend
The Holy Spirit
Brings wisdom to me
Insight that I didn’t ever have
A sense of prudence that comforts me
With the knowledge that I surely can
The Holy Spirit
Brings light to me
Shining through the darkest thoughts
Awakening a sense of gratitude in me
Thanksgiving for all that He brings
The Holy Spirit
Brings grace and mercy to me
Blessing my life with benevolence
He whispers a silent prayer for me
Favoring me with His comforting
The Holy Spirit
Brings life to me
He’s a guide through good and bad
Heartening me through happy and sad
Promising me, with God, I surely CAN
The Holy Spirit
Brings me a helping hand
Encouragement that never demands
Confidence that He is with me
Always filling me… with His best
