~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fall’s splendor can be felt in quiet nights,
Moon smiles in the sky as soft stars reflect,
Remembering joy of summer’s highlights,
Evoking the gentle tones, so perfect.
Fall’s glory comes to life in dancing leaves,
Silently, they fall, declaring God’s peace,
Even though each leafy bough calmly grieves,
Soon they’ll paint the lawn with His masterpiece.
Fall’s majesty breaks through the darkest gloom,
Healing and soothing with such lovely news,
Beauty singing wonders souls will consume,
Lifting hearts to great heights they can’t refuse.
Fall’s grandeur whispers hope to shattered souls.
In shadows of light, pretty fall consoles.
