The Fluorescent Roof

Fields grow in a tantrum of noise, lightened up eyes rush towards the glint, Twisted strands and torn seams, fixed stares and pennies for the well. A shadow upon your silhouette and covered from the sun, circled by absense. An ethereal night, fluorescence lit a ladder to the roof. Sculpted from the forest, and blown from the wind, Sat in a fog of absolute serenity, hours still to gracefully fall. Stems spiral as the moonlight shines blissfully and bright, Like undressed eyes glued to a delicate painting, Showered in essence, we sit, and we glow.
