Dear Anne-Lise, Yes, you captured that bittersweet feeling of watching beauty fade with the seasons. There’s an honest sadness in them, yet also a quiet celebration of what was. Blessings, Dear Anne-Lise, Daniel

Anne-Lise, indeed, fall does really remove the blossoms and, eventually, those lovely leaves. Warm regards, good luck in the contest,

A really nice one. Yes, fall does take away the flowers and also in the end rains down those beautiful leaves. Thanks for sharing this one with us. If for a contest, it reads like a good contender to me. Way to go. Love the accompanying artwork. Sara K

But canning fruit, is consolation to please...we can can, or wait a few weeks and simply freeze. Lovely write and image. How do you do the images? Are these computer generated, manipulated graphics, personal art combined with computer? -- this new age is magic to old farts like me.

It is sad to know the flowers will shed their petals, but Autumn brings new things in nature to love. Good crystalline, Anne-Lise.

Sad to say goodbye to flowers. But during incessant rain, flowers can't survive. However a beautiful crystalline. All the best Anne. Hugs.
