The Fieldstone Bridge

The resonance of ages past hides in the old fieldstone bridge; echoes of lives lived long ago rides upon the ether's just above the creek water, that flows to winding rivers and beyond. Moss spreads its young roots where ancestors walked, the foliage masks the ghosts of lovers in embrace. As a child I listened to the songs of angels among the trees and watched the elementals dance with childish eyes of wonder. That old fieldstone bridge, was a magical sanctuary.

I once lived in a fieldstone cottage. Converted milking barn. Magical. And there were such bridges ...

This sounds like a place I would love to see. Which direction do I need to go?

Just about anywhere that there's an old, rickety bridge. Glad you enjoyed.
