Notes About The Poem

My limericks, with commentary, are collected in Original Clean Limericks, available from Amazon. See my book links.

For anyone who knows who Emily Post was, I was wondering what she would have thought about prehensile tails.

The Etiquette of Prehensile Tails

If medicine gives us a tail,
The proper should not let it flail.
It should be coiled tight,
Though tea-holding's right,
Or holding the rudder to sail.

Hi Mr. Jerrold, Limerick I knew it's a 5 lines poetry however I don't follow the other definition. I've been into spreading the word of Eternal God. I invite u to visit my poetry hp and read from Eternal and work ur way up to its recent. I forgot how to write personal poetry and just going back to it. Thanks in advance ~Jac
