The Englishmans Traits
Listen to poem:
Turn on the kettle get the tea out.
Fancy biscuits all piled on a plate
put on the bacon get the brown sauce out.
Dressing for the Bahamas , then going to Blackpool for a day out.
Getting sun burnt because us Britain's are snow whites.
barbecues lit, even when the clouds have come out
delivering a 10 minute lecture on our lousy weather
Union jack shorts, and god save the queen.
Toasting the monarchy with a pint and some scratchings.
But Im with Shakespeare about my home land
This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England.
