The Day the Washing Machine Broke

Written for a contest but realised it was not perfect rhyme scheme as requested so removed as rhymes too embedded to change. Can't be doing with the hassle I want to throw it all away To discard the king and castle I need to keep chaos at bay But that I know is misguided State of mind is many sided Do not conquer as divided Tell me how do I find my peace How to make noise in my head cease Find myself some sort of release To forget the constant battle Don't hastily my heart betray Resolution be provided I'd better stall the press release
