THE DARK OF THIS NIGHT

I'm not one to bale While there's a chink of light I'm not going to fail In the dark of this night I'm not looking to fall Keep my hopes in the air I'm not pounding the wall In some abject despair I'll be up on stage somewhere I'll keep writing my songs I ache just to be there Where my soul still belongs Though pain keeps my mind blurred I'll determine my choice I tell you you aint heard The last of this voice Yes it's driving me mental This one-sided fight But I'm not going gentle Into that bad night.

Beautiful words..... it captures your feelings about your fight so honestly. 'Blackie' is still my favourite. :-)
