Milton Hankins Date written: 09-27-2021 Negative ions in the running water bouncing over rocks helps the body to release serotonin which is the chemical that helps relieve depression. Or I guess you could say our happy chemical.

Kim, I do feel stuck at home and sometimes without hope but I know there is hope. We can ride out to Spewell Bluff park and watch the river flow even if we can't so we blessed. Sara
