The Circle of Clique
Throughout my journey,
A much travelled world ,
I have lived in many
Countries from the
Sublime to absurd,.
Throughout my start,
Day one to high school,
I was always the outsider
So I proffered the fool.
Throughout my youth,
From high school to man,
I made many enemies,
Lost many good friends,
Throughout my work,
Of antiques and auctions,
The choices are vast,
With so many options.
Throughout my life,
I have donned many hats
And worn many shoes,
Tolerated sycophants,
And shared with the poor.
Throughout my world,
Of bigotry and hate ,
Where the pawn is a tool,
And the king arrives late.
But if there was one journey,
I could choose to unpick,
It would always come down
To those clowns in a clique.
