The Brand New Year - 2017
T-wo thousand sixteen
W-aves farewell to the dawn;
E-arly morn has broken,
N-ever fear the bleak horizon.
T-wenty seventeen though sees a brighter future;
Y-ou and I forget the past, think of a promising venture.
S-unday first January
E-xposes the beautiful sky;
V-iew of amazing fireworks
E-nds yesterday’s cry.
N-o more haze and mist,
T-welve midnight will disappear;
E-vening December thirty-first
E-vades the brand
N-ew year.
