Very amusing Limerick - poetic crimes. Wonderful writing.

Haha. That line about grammar. It reminds of the funny song of Weird Al Yankovitch's Word Crimes. I probably spelled his name wrong. He is a brilliant writer of song parodies. Yes, it is good to know that someone is not using AI. I hear it's used a lot here now and I would rather see the enchantment evoked by your friend you write of than by an AI user

I just read a few of her poems to see if there is any truth in your allegation on her. I don't think there are grammar mistakes in them. I am sure your intimacy with her has made you take such liberties with her. However I see your last line as a great tribute to her and your deep appreciation of her. Excellent truth! Poetry is whatever the poet says it is. Poetry is the art of writing...not so different from Impressionism, modern contrivances, etc. -- whatever speaks to further liberating artistic expression, pushes to expose complexity and hidden truths residing in the deeper Id of nature, in my humble opinion, is worthy enough to be called art/poetry. If it doesn't sell -- it either stinks, or one is just too brilliant for the abundance of common minds:) Most of mine, I'm starting to think, maybe just stink.
