The Angels Song
The angel sings
trickles like springs
words she sings
remind me of things
the blessings she brings
brighter then what you've ever seen
higher than that of a thousand kings
She brings light where the shadows lurk
she is always hard at work
admire her for her persistence
her patience
how far she goes to travel the distance
and all the while
still finding resistance
Many are falling
still she sings
spreading her wings
the pain it stings
her voice still rings
no matter the means
of continuous streams
of fallen beings
Her voice will carry far and wide
ripping through swollen pride
it shall be felt even in hell
around ever corner
and in every cell
