That Darn Red Robin

THAT DARN RED ROBIN . . . That darn red Robin, it’s sure no fool Hopping about, looking, like it is, cool Get a camera out then it’s peek a boo You can’t catch me, I am no darn fool It hides in the bushes, laughing at me Put your camera down it’s back to see Thought only sparrows were so cheeky But; there is no one, cheekier; than he As the darn red Robin loves playing me It loves the attention, plain as it can be Morning comes and he so loves to play In and out of the hedge bushes all-day I can see him there looking, just at me Singing you can’t catch me, I born free Indiana Shaw . . . ; )
