Violence is abhorrent, I never condone fighting. I believe its a mans duty to protect, care for, and keep happy his family and society, and this poem attempts to emulate the words spoken in the heat of the moment, I also am attempting to write poetry with a testosterone bend. It does not ever reflect my attitude at work.
What's that I heard you talking about, You really want to have a go. How about we take this outside, Where we can face off toe to toe. Yeah, that's what I thought, Words are all you are, In the world of meat and muscle, You're the pathetic salad bar. Talking s### behind our back, Then running when you get caught, Happily hurting folks self esteem, You stand for nothing, zero, nought. Mate, next time you slag me or my family out, Any where, any time, any place, Be prepared to feel my thoughts, When you see me face to face.
