One empty black night, Two yowls shrieked through the night air; Three minute cat fight. One shudders at the dying plea of beasts; Two injured cats is bad; glad it’s not three! Written 2-25-19

Thanks Gershon; my neighborhood is full of cats, as well as, other wildlife including O'possum's. No cat would tangle with an O'possum if they knew they couldn't win but, sadly they don't...they're cats and they're going to defend their territory...they think.

Hilarous! What a terrific missive for the contest. I am still sitting around, pondering this one. By the time I am ready, it shall be full, and this will take the "load" off and may be a relief.
