There's something so intoxicating about this poem, so here I am- reading it again and again. This statement drew me in . . "I am an eager student, teach me !" Many exciting thoughts linger in my mind. Being a willing student, ready to embrace it all. Oh my ! I have many of yours that are my favorite, and this is one of them. :) Hugs, Brandy

I am an eternal student - of God, love, art, nature, music, relationships, poetry... and still so much to learn. My dear friend, I am so blessed that you would return to this poem and count it a favorite... to know you find this one intoxicating is making me blush. Thank you ever so much! Hugs ~ John

oh I love this one too. Gosh, I think you cannot go wrong with any of the five I told you would be good to use. Even though I loved Allies, that is the only one I can tell you to eliminate in your decision making!!

Perfect imagery in your first stanza, I love it. When I was young learning really didn't interest me, but as I got older it's a world I wanted to wrap myself in. Great write.
