That is a classic, bawdy limerick with a fantastic comedic punchline! The visual humor of the tattoo aging from one iconic cartoon character to a much rounder one is very clever. Structurally, it hits the traditional AABBA rhyme scheme and relies on the bouncy, anapestic meter that makes limericks so entertaining to read aloud.
