Morning's oddest clown, like a kangaroo. With facepaint, torn clothes, and hued patch. With a crimson nose, he lifted his arms through. A child-suitable flat crown hairdo for eyes catch. His frantic boots frightened the youthful face. Night clown's vibe, comical eyes incite conceit. Feast out, chairs are dull again and still apace. Last show in floral gown is to end circus retreat.

I love your portrait of the funny, sad, ragged clown, Lasaad. You did amazingly well with the contest theme. Good luck! :)

You so well created the sad scene of a tattered old clown through your wonderful usage of words Sotto. A very well-painted scene in my mind's eye. Thank you for your visit to my poem and your encouraging message to me. I too am happy to call you a friend :)

A sad picture of a clown in tatters. Yet you described him well.

A clever description of a carnival's scenario, with the clown being odd, yet clever amid an unexpecting crowd...and the melancholic ending is totally apropos. Very impressive and well crafted, Lasaad!...ab

Beautiful metaphoric writing! The morning clown aptly described with face painted and crimson nose extending his arms. Great imagination !
