Take a Deep Breath
T-ake a deep breath
A-s you're going to talk;
N-ice words that you'll say
E-xpect to be your walk.
T-ake a deep breath
T-o prepare your heart for love;
E-ndure the pain and ache, trusting in God above.
R-elieve the stress and woe,
E-liminate the sorrow;
B-reathe deeply and think
O-f another bright tomorrow.
S-eventh day October morn,
U-p fresh air you can get;
R-elax underneath the sun
A-fter you take a deep breath.
