Take a Chance

Do you know how many people you see in a day When you’re walking down the street or in the store? Can you picture them or remember them in any way? Are they familiar faces or ones you’ve never seen before? Do you ever say hi to them or give them a nice wave, Or are you too busy looking down at your own two feet? Why not throw a glance and be a little brave? All you have to do is look up; who knows who you’ll meet? Just stand up tall and look people in the face. Maybe you could even give a nod once in awhile. You might try to talk to someone, no matter the place. If nothing else, it’s possible they’ll give you a smile. We need not ignore so many people every week. It’s really quite simple and here’s how I see it. Say hi to everyone and give them a chance to speak. You never know, both your days may brighten a bit.
