Sweet Summer Day
I found you in that Lackadaisical mood
lieing in a hammock the sky was summer blue
I loved your style you had nothing to prove a spirit so free so I became you
You sang of nature and life set anew
I followed you down where the river passed through
I lied under a tree and touch a soft breeze as you spoke of the future and who we could be
Of peace and harmony and your love noone knew you wondered if I
would forever come with you
I opened a doorway fully trusting all your ways you made me a promise
That you'd forever stay
Wild flowers where dancing
In a beautiful display
As you took my hand and lead me away
Sweet Summer Day
Sweet Summer Day
Laughing in love
We're still together today
