Excellent Regina. When I'm angry I don't always think straight. I have to have a cooling off period so I try hard not to say anything until I do. The Bible tells us a soft answer turneth away wrath. So I have to pray, Lord please keep Your right hand on my shoulder and Your left hand over my mouth. Besides when you don't forgive you hurt yourself worse than the person you are mad at.
