Back and forth the white swan drifts, at times fluffing up her wings and I watch her enchanted; then from the green reeds and wildflowers swaying, paddling, oh so quickly in a circle dance, come floating many baby swans, and one climbs up to nestle on her back . . . _____________________________ April 27, 2019 Poetry/Verse/Swans Dancing Copyright Protected, ID 19-1138-938-02 All Rights Reserved. Annie-Lise, thanks for the beautiful and lovely, I love this poem to, but sadly the contest sponsor gave it a thumbs down, hard to understand at times the why !
