Sunshine Buttercup
Sunshine buttercup, yellow under my chin
Yellow sunshine of heart come from within
Lovely is the sun warm upon my weathering
Face, full of grace, no disgrace & mothering
Sunny faces on my grandchildren, it so grand
For they are my desire to fire up the big band
Firey sun shoots sunshine buttercups at Earth
Rebirth to Mother Earth, sun hiccups my birth
My girth has grown since last I held buttercup
Yellow under my chin - a grin to sit at my sup
Don't eat the buttercups, daisy wine is fine
Eat with pork with a fork, cup of daisy wine
And so I miss the yellow under a chin
Got me to laughing and made me grin
