Sunset Collective
The smell of delicious pot roast fills the air.
Your loving footsteps at last, coming home.
Each time I see your eyes, I just stare.
From your strong arms, I will never roam.
After dinner, on the swing we gently glide.
In each other's arms, God paints the sunset.
We just observe, and in loving peace abide.
The world is delightfully ours, nothing to regret.
The sun seeminly sinking now, into the earth.
I see now that life is really worth living!
We hug warmly and smile with amazing mirth.
For life is indeed, not about taking, but about giving!
