Sunny Daze

I gasp with my mouth open
But it's much too dry to drool
It feels like I just jumped off
The deep end of an empty pool

The sun beats down upon me
A vial abomination
I may have to fall and crawl
To reach my destination

I've been pushed to the limit
As the sweat runs down my neck
That was quite a marathon
From the back yard to the deck!

'Back yard to the deck' is a bit taxing for me these days... How about a few 12-ounce curls first?! Gotta get warmed up properly, you know. LOL. Another great one, Pat. Love your style. ~ gw

I was thinking just recently 'Did my house grow or has the kitchen always been this far away?'

G'day Pat … do you realize how many people you embarrassed here. I giggled all the way while responding and now I'm exhausted - great Pat - Lindsay
