Ate a lot of them back when I was playing and then coaching baseball and fast pitch softball. Thanks for sharing, Lasaad. Bill

They are filled with nutritional goodness and delicious too....I toast them for garnish in soup, accompanied with pumpkin seeds make great bread and with dates make a fabulous cookie treat. As you can see, I have a great affection for them as well as your perfect Haiku! :) Paulette
