Magnificent description of sunset, Gert! The endless roar could be the crickets and perhaps the "midgets" are the fireflies? The way fog settles over the Smokey Mountains has always captivated me. It seems so ethereal. Best wishes for success in the contest with this great entry!! Love, Carolyn
