Brian, Sundays hold a special place in my childhood memories as well. We'd return from church and Mom would make a Sunday dinner, which we would have around our big dining room table at about 2pm. There was something about Sundays back then, when most businesses used to be closed. People stayed home, or took a walk outside with their families. A different time! Thank you for reviving those thoughts for me with your piece!
