Written: August 02, 2023 ______________________________________________________________ In the warmth of summer's sweet caress, Nature awakens, adorned in her finest dress. The sun shines down on fields and trees. As if God himself painted the scenery. We venture out to the countryside, Where greenery thrives and beauty hides. In the summer weather, we find delight, As we immerse ourselves in this wondrous sight. The touch of nature in the summertime Brings us joy and makes our spirits climb. We feel alive as we bask in the embrace of the sun. Feeling the warmth on our skin and having fun. The gentle breeze whispers through the trees. Carrying the scent of blooming flowers with ease. The rain comes down in a gentle shower. Quenching the thirst of the earth, hour by hour The pitter-patter on leaves and grass Creates a symphony that's acrid to surpass. In between the rain and the sun's golden rays, We find a balance, a utopian display. The colors of nature come alive. As if they were meant for us to thrive. Living with her, in harmony, we dream, Silent whispers of peace, so it seems. As we wander through fields of green, The beauty of nature is easily seen. Each blade of grass, each flower that blooms, Tells a story of life and its infinite rooms. The birds sing their melodies high above. Their joyful tunes echo with love. We lay on the grass, feeling its soft touch. Gazing up at the sky, not asking for much.
