He breathes hues of light
Into the dark shadows
Kissing dewdrops
With warming laughter
Hugging lively petals
With gentle glimmers
He whispers joy into the spirit
Sighs a caress across naked skin
Enlightening and enlivening
Thrilling the spirit with passionate
Promises of a new dawn
A tangerine sun, bathing
Darkness with a vibrant smile
He heats the moments in hues
Of robin’s egg blue and blushing rose
Lavender, lilac and happiness
Thriving on the afternoon, awakening
Twilight to the colors of a new moon
Lifting spirits and writing beautiful
Poetry across the frosty night
He is a vow of longing
In the song that echoes
On the wind and sings blessings
Through the prayers that reflect
A inner healing, a willingness
To know gratitude within the soul
And grace that praises the One
Who created the summer sun
