Summer Snow Storm

Beside a stream, there was a strand of pretty trees. There chanced to blow a heavy wind across the land. That early summer I saw snow! Cold weather came not with that storm as through the sky there came a flow of fluff which did not seem the norm that early summer I saw snow. The flurry wafted, shining bright when high to sky I watched it go to sparkle in June’s warm sunlight that early summer I saw snow! Enchantment showed itself that day when cottonwoods, row after row, gave forth their seeds in nature’s way! That early summer I saw snow! Nov. 2, 2018 2 N/A's now

thanks so much, Dale. I am thinking they might not have understood it was a tree since judges can't see my picture.

I bet Kim had a real difficult time choosing her 10 winners Andrea. This is beautiful! I am sorry it didn't make her list. The video you put with it is simply enchanting! Hugs, Connie : )

The cottonwoods are my favorite trees, weirdly enough, I am allergic to almost every kind of tree except a cottonwood. So I love this poem in a special way, in addition to the rhythm which is beautiful! And the photo is terrific!

You must live in Germany, where it does snow in June, and you can sit down at a sidewalk café and write about it. Good luck! Aloha! Rico
