Huge Harry swims in his G string
Its stitches burst, he feels them ping
His gonads are so small
One hand covers them all

Oh, surely ADULT only and I surely laughed aloud. In one of my high schools, we played basketball against another city whose team included a guy named Nad. When he had the ball, 'Go Nad' was heard, yelled repeatedly while he ran. We teenage girls snickered. Funny on its own, this limerick also took me there. CayCay
