the simple stark fact that an aggressive reaction arose even if quelled in the next moment signals that lower mind is as yet active our consciousness yet has a dormant affinity that attracts and nurtures such vibrations whereas when no crisis precipitates our ego tells us that all is well reinforcing this delusion we are thankful to the universe for testing us thus from time to time that we may reflect in quiet contemplation engaging in consciousness correction mindful that stupor is the cause for us to sink in darkness 20-December-2021

This is good seeker, (whereas when no crisis precipitates our ego tells us that all is well), I totally get it, but I know some people that are so paranoid they are constantly in a state of crisis and fly off the handle without any provocation, cheers David
