Such Is the Blessing
"such is the blessing"
as each day starts with morning suns
everything flows like mighty tides
it takes only a moment to be mesmerized
one glance at the sky our souls open
unveiled with beauty and more we
yearn to be part this world
yesterday passed with running sands to
use as a reminder to appreciate now for
outside the pane is a world of possibilities
inviting us all to experience shades of blue
each white cloud rolls by whispering follow me
and as we follow senses open with illumination
such is the blessing of appreciation
such is the blessing of a peaceful mind
