Subtle Changes
Restful naught amiss,
Sublime whence once was,
With calm and bliss,
Lacking in our cause.
Flung into a sea of ecstasy,
Immense in every way,
Tell, pray tell, how can this be,
When melancholy thoughts fill the day.
Thoughts console,
Remorse naught abounds,
Enthrall mine soul,
Music all around.
Summon grandeur,
Agility of life,
Subtle changes allure,
Will you be my wife?
