Stunning Revelations From Ancient Maps

Professor Hapgood’s studies on ancient maps were fixed Einstein said his theories should be added to history’s mix Perhaps it proved too big a leap for other minds to take But his ancient culture findings, Hapgood would not forsake 6000 BC, before Egypt’s pyramids were built Millennia before Pompeii’s lava had been spilled Or small fishing boats hugged the Mediterranean Coast And Columbus’s “daring” voyage was not even close Ancient seafarers drew with astounding accuracy Maps of the world they once knew, the fishermen’s legacy Antarctica sans ice and closer to the equator The Mid-Atlantic Ridge once an above-sea sky scraper Siberia touching Alaska with no Bering Strait (Palin could have seen Russia without snow from her back gate) Cuba, England, Sweden, too, on these maps appear clearly But Sweden’s fully glacial; England’s blanket an ice sheet If we believe Hapgood, a civilization once thrived Thousands of years before language; maps keep memories alive Technology to chart the seas was lost in ancient times With latitude and longitude measurements quite refined Sea kings’ cities may have succumbed during the last Ice Age Surviving nations lost their skill when history turned a page Geography to be found again when the Earth had healed “Discoverers” reinvented the forgotten ship’s wheel Magellan, perhaps not the first to sail around the globe Admiral Byrd not the first man to visit the South Pole Spirits from a colony of seafarers can be found From deep beneath Antarctic ice, they try to spread the word But laugh they must as scientists forecast global warming And man attempts to alter life and heed their dire warning Shifting poles? Natural cycles! Men would be well advised To study the maps Hapgood found and open their closed minds To learn more about Professor Charles Hapgood’s map studies and the comments made by Albert Einstein, you can visit http://www.crystalinks.com/crustal.html.

Interesting work..For sure, the sure has not remained stagnant..It was once at least once flooded with water so when that water receeded there had to have been some major changes in the earth's surface..In the Bible, there is a line that says that this happen before the earth was divided..Meaning that at one time all the land was one mass joined together..Sara

Congratulations on your Quatrain being featured this week, Carolyn. You have shed much light on the ancient maps that Hapgood studied. These are the missing pieces of the puzzle. Historians should recognize Hagood's findings and finally " open their closed minds. " I have enjoyed this reading this educational piece. I wish you health, happiness and success. Hugs, Andrew.

well this was a fun and interesting read Carolyn. I took down the info and shall look that up. Many things people are now trying to blame on Man for reasons of money or whatever other hidden or not so hidden agendas are , I believe simply natural phenomenon. We are bound to affect it to a small point but that's all. This will be fun reading. Thank you so much for the read and the info site. Robert oh and thanks alot for you kind and encouraging comments!

Smile ~ "Hello Precious, Gifted & Lovely Carolyn Devonshire!!!":):) ~ First I wanted to wish "Yourself" a "Happy 30th Birthday" today!! And to say that I hope that "Your" trip is going well for "You" dear!!? This as another one of "Your" intriguing and perhaps enlightening stories of possibles historic truths; amid ones own contemplations perhaps!!? Always fascinating to say the very least! Well structured and presented dear lady! ~ Cont. ~

caught my attention, very intresting making me think of the theory that this world replaced an old one. like atlantis comming to the end of it's time to be replaced by our world. liked the way you stuck in historical figures. John H Loving III

Facts and research..... is what I got out of this. Could be wrong also... have to look up that Professor, along with Albert Einstein. Enjoy your day.

another one of your masterpieces delivering such knowledge that many have forgotten,,we have only touched a miniscule part of what was known before time as we know it for sure,, too many things and functions known for no reason makes me know that definitely there were more known facts before us and what we know,,,blessings my friend...Cecil

Tell me about it Carolyn. hard to know how many civilizations actually claimed this planet before our supposedly technologically advanced one came around. You already wrote about a few. One day we'll find this type of evidence on Mars too, with language and ancient maps of a planet that hasn't supported life for billions of years now..on that day some scientist will have been very bold and daring to go against the consensus, like Hapgood did here.
