Stress

maybe it's true what they say
stress can kill
but maybe it's not always true  how 
why don't we talk about the slow process
of deterioration
of metal in the elements
rusting into brittleness
the way stress
is water
and the mind
is titanium, strong at first
until water pours over
and rust builds
until it slowly comes apart
unable to withstand the weight
it once could

The absence of stress is death. The steady increase of stress eventually leads to the absence of stress. It is best to maintain a reasonable balance.

Stress can do much harm, I meditate and it helps, to alleviate the anxiety. Well done.

Stress is unhealthy for sure...I find physical activity helps its release...great metaphor
