Story of My Life Contest
Once upon a time going back in time born with epilepsy
Then I couldn’t rhyme with a father who liked sipping a drink or two
Tragically in 1968 a brother who fell in a war with a wound
Dummy me I joined to not telling them of my ills but I made it through
Educated I am not for the 10th grade was all I got so spell check is my best friend
Married and had three kids this was the best time of my life
Member of the Search and Rescue for many years with laughter and many tears.
Lost my wife and started a new life but lonely playing this game of life
I live among the trees its calm and gentle here writing my poetry
Ten lines is all you get so this is it the story of my life
