Stop for a while
Sit still and style
A healthy smile
Watch stillness grow
As silence flows
A touch that shows
Know in your heart
How magic starts
To create art
Feel what you feel
As stillness spills
A wholesome will
Grow into ease
That surge of peace
In your soul gist
Discern true fest
In idle quest
That prompts clear zest
Watch stillness bring
A pleasant spring
In touch that sings
And as you rise
To knowing wise
Love pays the price
Deeper than deep
Beyond the sweep
Where tension creep
So take your time
To craft new rhymes
As stillness mimes
