Jerry, About my book -- I expect to have some extra paperback and hardback copies available to me from the publisher. (Or at least that's what they told me.) I can always send you copy. (I will have to let you know later how it will be advertised. I do know it will be available through the publisher and should make the book list at Barnes & Nobles and other vendors. (I live in Germany, but the availability of it will be worldwide.) I'll stay in touch on this. Best Always, Gary

Jerry, Another great poem here!! I could always incorporate into my upcoming book of poetry and list "anonymous" at the end of the poem (and secretly hide your initials)!! I always enjoy very much the humor you present. Always the Best!! And a "7" from me. Best Wishes, Gary

Thank You Gary, I knew---If I worked Hard----for fifty odd years---and dedicated my life to writing every day----sacrificing all things----for the sake of entertaining others---that one day---I too--- could rise to the ranks of the unknown---and receive the exalted title of "Anonymous" LOL----- where will i be able to get a copy

When I see my poem written by someone else here, I hope it was coincidental, unintentional or just a really bad choice on their part, lol! Love this poem!

ha! very funny, although there's an underlying truth to the fact that i'm sure there is a lot of plagiarization going on...

Thanks ilene, I wrote it as a spoof about how some songwriters have gotten sued by persons who claim to have written something similar years earlier. I wish I had a poem worth the time it took to write it, lol

I have at times been inspired by poems written here by other members, some were flattered, others not so much, but I always list them as my source and alway steer readers to the original, But I have read poems that have similar characteristics as ones I wrote, without any credits mentioned----I say c'est la vie . Happy Holidays Jan
