Stay-In Pants

I went outside with stay-in pants But no one even gave a glance For masks on people just enhance Invisibility. Before this, when I wasn’t seen, I thought such ignorance must mean That younger folk just aren’t keen On older ones like me. I much prefer to blame the mask Than taking those with youth to task, But am I bothered? you might ask. I’m fine; my pants agree.

I wear just enough clothes to keep warm and decent, more than that is an inconvenience. / Maurice

I am running around in pajamas - inside, outside, and all around the house. That's better than stay-in-pants. I go nowhere! Try it Ilene. You will love it!

Next time, go out without pants as that will certainly attract attention from young and old (seniors always have an excuse)! Aloha! Rico

Ha, ha! Love that term, 'stay-in pants.' I've now been wearing mine outside since October! Who cares anymore?! ~ OLD MAN RIVER

Ilene, I got a nice laugh outta this poem in Rhyme. I went out this morning in my 'stay-in pants' too. At least this time I remembered them. That's what I'm calling them for now on. A Fave, and best wishes in the new year. -Richard

You do make me smile Ilene, I am sure you look swell in your ' stay in pants' i think people are more concerned in staying safe than with what people are wearing especially face masks:-) hugs jan xx
