Stardust In Dreams

Stardust dreams of you in my teens remain 
sacred in hours spent wishing you would be 
mine to cherish, to kiss, to love. It was not to 
be but your handsome face still lingers in my 
thoughts, in church choir songs where you 
gently reached out to touch my long auburn hair.

Jennifer Proxenos Date: 6/18/2020 3:25:00 AM Teen love and memories will never be forgotten - I was sixteen years old and the boy next door serenaded me every morning in our front garden. They were going back to Scotland and told his parents that if couldn't marry me now he would stay behind his parents came over to chat to my parents, and he only sixteen also.
