stars crossed or did align tangled up perhaps divine magic spells can be broken trick revealed when wrong words spoken luckily no poison sipped life goes on space/time unripped mistakes get made when heart involved put trust in time to fade

A true winner in my book. A sparse, but thoughtful poem free of embellishment. Your final line gives the reader pause to consider the impact of time on love re-evaluated, mistake altered, a paler shade of now. I also liked the allusion to Romeo + Juliet in your third stanza. Time heals all wounds and some in karmic mind set declare wounds all heals . I don't Seek retribution,I am quite the mess myself and pray for mercy for all.I do believe though that each will carry their own load and that what is sown will be harvested.
