I love the sound of trains, especially at night - and yes, a lot easier to count than stars!

Harry totally agree with you Sir. Love to gaze at the stars but counting them would take a lifetime. Sticking with trains on this one. Be well my friend...

Always loved waiting for that old train to roll by, counting the cars and giving the thumbs up to the conductor in the caboose! Nice one, Harry

One day we was going by Dairy Queen in town and there on the railroad track was a bright shiny diesel locomotive. We stopped and took a picture because we don't see trains in town much anymore for they have torn up much of the railroad tracks. Sara

Getting harder to see all the stars now so maybe train spotting is the thing to go for, plus you won't get a crick neck. Hope you're well Harry. Tom

made me smile Harry - our Island is perfect for seeing stars and steam trains. we have little light pollution so its ideal for star gazing and about 5 steam trains that run - not this year of course:-( i love to hear the whistle makes me know spring is here as they usually start march time:-( have a super day:-) hugs jan xx
