Squirrel Saves the Day
No one was brave enough to take out the boat
The storm was so bad, it had blown away a cow and a goat
I will go light the candle, so the sailors can survive the moat.
Said the squirrel, who used a hurricane guide remote.
A cheer went up in the middle of the harbor that day.
Squirrel saved sixty-eight soldiers in the old -fashioned way
By volunteering his time and rowing out into the bay.
To light the candle that showed the captain the way.
